Artist statement :

This piece is called “Connecting” and it’s my tribute to day to day pandemic living. The still life is a familiar scene for many of us; dinner surrounded by many comforts and a loading zoom call.

I wanted to make this for myself as a reminder that while the last two years have been difficult and isolating  there were also unexpected moments of beauty worth remembering.
